Intro Post.

Hey, welcome to my new blog. Here I will be discussing, documenting, ridiculing, and navigating the path to employment in a tech-related field.

Now I bet some of you are thinking “Oh it’s super easy to get a satisfying job in the tech industry as long as you have a degree” and to that I say fuck you too. For obvious reasons I won’t be using the real names of companies, or people during this blog adventure however due to this I can promise something even better;

Brutal honesty.

Brutal honesty and poor punctuation. Those are my guarantees.

Now I’ll give you some of my qualifications for writing a blog like this. I recently obtained my Bachelor’s of Science (on time mind you), I made the dean’s list every semester, studied abroad, stayed engaged in clubs on campus, picked up 2 additional minors with my degree, and most important of all I am severely unemployed. One would think that remaining engaged and academically esteemed on campus may better my chances for immediate employment, however this doesn’t seem to be the case.

The more I document my adventures in this blog the more and more qualifications you will probably notice.
